Three structures of the punching die for the stator and rotor of the motor
The new technological revolution that has emerged internationally has had a certain impact on mold technology. Due to the increasing convergence of mechanical and electronic technologies, mold production has shifted from manual mechanical operation to digital program control. The mold industry has moved from labor-intensive and skilled industries to technology-intensive and capital intensive industries.
Mold design must adopt different structures and technical requirements based on the size of product production batches to highlight economic benefits. There are several types of structures for the stamping die for the stator and rotor of foreign motors:
1. Multi use progressive molds for mass production;
2. Multi use composite molds for mid batch production;
3. For small-scale production, multiple single slot punching and separation molds can be used - when punching the stator slot, the inner circle of the stator can be cut simultaneously, and when punching the slot of the stator and rotor of the motor, the outer circle of the rotor can be cut simultaneously (to cut out the air gap).
Skewering of the rotor iron core can be achieved by using the electronic hydraulic indexing control device on the punching machine to move the mold, with a movement range of 0.01-0.3mm. After stacking, the skewing is true and can be inserted into a straight copper rod. In this way, there is no need to stack and twist at a certain angle to form a spiral shape. Japan Province Electric Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. can also achieve this goal by installing a mobile mold device on a regular punching machine.
